 A: For standard samples, it usually takes 7-10 days. For mass production, it takes 15-25 days depending on the quantity and complexity of the order.

Q7: Do you provide samples for testing? Is it free? 

A: We can provide samples. If we have stock, the sample is free, but freight is collected. For customized samples, there may be a sample/mold fee, which can be refunded after a certain volume of mass production order.

A: We accept T/T, L/C, and Western Union. Shipping terms include FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP (Door to Door) by sea, air, or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
